52 NORTH BROADWAY

Our plans for 52 North Broadway include a unique project with a mix of different residential uses. On Jan. 27, 2020 we presented to city officials an alternative plan to what was originally proposed. Our alternative includes 232 senior-restricted, independent living units and 103 units of assisted-living units operated by one of the nation’s top senior care providers; 28 townhouses; and 48 workforce apartments. The alternative plan will preserve the historic Good Counsel Chapel, keep the Mapleton Building at its original location and preserve the facade of the Good Counsel Convent in order to maintain street views from North Broadway.
